Sunday in Big Sur we got up to find wild turkeys all around the motel (one was attacking the rental Taurus). Then we went on an 8 mile hike (OMG WTF BBQ!) and then stayed at a "resort" where the rooms were in yurts! And were up for the sunrise!

I’m doing my second Kraftwork tonight (at the Young Blood Gallery on Highland) tonight. Maybe you can come visit? I know I will be doing some Christmas shopping there tonight (nephews and sis-in-laws are high on the list) and it’s a great local place to find some great hand crafted and artistic stuff.

There’s also an art show at Manual’s Tavern on Sunday from noon till 4p which I will be at (and probably have more of the bigger pieces).
